Self care // Letting go
Just in case you missed my newsletter that went out today! Let's talk about the "L" word.
Letting go is difficult for me. I tend to hold on to things and people when I know I shouldn't. Sometimes it's out of guilt. Other times it's because of fear of being judged or uncertainty. Nevertheless, allowing things to shift and drift in life is not always an easy task. I don't think it's supposed to be because lessons matter and hold weight.
Wear Your Mantra
Sometimes we need reminders. Ones that we keep close and can look at throughout the day. My friends at MantraBand make that possible for women and men all over the globe. I have had the honor to work with them on a few collaborative pieces, a fan favorite being the "My story is not over yet;" bangle.
